# Hi all, newbie at quantum stuff!

I know about quantum jumps from my work in

lasers and such in the photonics industry I have

been in for the past 10 years but only as a tech

setting up semiconductor machines, ion implanters,

sputtering machines, electron and optical

microscopes, etching, spin dryers, horizontal

and vertical furnaces, in short, hardware is my

thing.  So I look forward to some work to

understand QM a little better.
